Final parts list development, including conducting competitive procurement, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Failures in Time/ MTBF estimates (to MIL HDBK 217F). Deigning to DoD red/black NACIM 5000 series and EMI/EMC design and then as necessary, conducting testing including MIL-STD-461 & vibration lab testing. Developing and maintaining Approved Parts & Material Lists (APL AML), Where Used (WUPL), IPL database with GIDEP checking and reporting while interfacing with multiple customers.
